Eurasian Wigeon (Anas penelope) is a close relative of the American Wigeon. A few are found in flocks of American Wigeons each winter on the mid Atlantic coast and also along California. There are usually one or two somewhere around Phoenix, AZ each winter and in a couple other places in AZ. All images from Scottdale, AZ.
